Course Description

The St.Gallen Executive Retreat brings together CEOs and executive committee members from the largest firms in Europe. It facilitates curated peer exchange on the topics that matter most to Europe’s top executives. How have the recent tectonic shifts affected decision making in the executive committee? How to cope proactively with the new environment? What are trends, priorities and best practices going forward? The three-day physical Retreat (Fri-Sun) will be complemented by a virtual pre-programme and follow-up component designed to support personal development and implementation of the Retreat’s key learnings. We invite you to experience a novel opportunity to liaise with your peers in a trusted and intimate environment outside your executive committee. You will benefit from insights and experiences of the Retreat’s high-profile Advisory Board (see below), your peers from other executive committees and St.Gallen’s leading academic and executive faculty. All themes will be strictly tailored to the challenges and priorities, as indicated by attendees prior to the programme. Overall, the Retreat aims at facilitating peer exchange, sparking inspiration, conveying new insights and creating a positive impact for you and your executive committee.
