Law | Health | Justice

As a group we pursue health justice for vulnerable and disadvantaged populations but we also explore how the justice system impacts health. Our unique approach to the legal regulation of health addresses issues of rapid technological development, changing social needs and health inequalities. Our current areas of focus include, reproduction, disability, health and violence, health and human rights, aging and chronic disease, and the regulation of health practitioners and health practices.
