Craig Carroll, PhD, is the founder of the Observatory on Corporate Reputation (OCR) and a leading authority in the field of corporate communications and reputation management. With a distinguished career spanning academia and industry, Dr. Carroll has made significant contributions to understanding the impact of communication and media on fostering social change within organizations.
Dr. Carroll spearheads the Senior Corporate Affairs Summit and conducts the “Future of Corporate Communications” study for Edelman Corporation. He is the editor of the SAGE Encyclopedia of Corporate Reputation, the Handbook of Communication and Corporate Reputation, and Corporate Reputation and the News Media. His research focuses on the intersection of communication, corporate reputation, and social change.
As an academic, Dr. Carroll has held positions at the University of Southern California and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
