Turning Communications and Corporate Affairs into Business and Societal Value

The OCR is a think tank and knowledge exchange network for materializing value out of the communications and corporate affairs functions. We work with leading global companies on this mission, by focusing on what's now, what's next, and how to get there.

About The OCR

It is easy to start a project but it is hard to do it well. Well, not for us.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Let’s plan a capabilities briefing to get to know us, how we manage risks and deliver ROI. We’ll review the top requirements to look for to help you make a good decision.

Step 2: If we’re a good match with your culture, the next step is a discovery conversation to learn about your development opportunities and discuss the customized solutions we bring to the table.

Step 3: Participate in a co-creation meeting (ideally in person) to collaboratively scope custom deliverables and outcomes and agree on the investment range and timing for the project.

Step 4: Approve the final agreement that includes data-driven measures of success for the project, and get started on creating a culture of connection!
