About The OCR
Founded at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2008, the Observatory on Corporate Reputation (OCR) is a research think tank devoted to improving and enhancing the corporate affairs and corporate communications function of the Fortune 500 and Global Forbes 2000. We produce research and supply actionable knowledge that informs and drives the corporate affairs and communications practices.
Our proprietary research supports the corporate affairs function as it relates to
- Public policy
- Corporate communications
- Health and safety
- Government relations
It is easy to start a project but it is hard to do it well. Well, not for us.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Let’s plan a capabilities briefing to get to know us, how we manage risks and deliver ROI. We’ll review the top requirements to look for to help you make a good decision.
Step 2: If we’re a good match with your culture, the next step is a discovery conversation to learn about your development opportunities and discuss the customized solutions we bring to the table.
Step 3: Participate in a co-creation meeting (ideally in person) to collaboratively scope custom deliverables and outcomes and agree on the investment range and timing for the project.
Step 4: Approve the final agreement that includes data-driven measures of success for the project, and get started on creating a culture of connection!
