Center for Business Law
The courses by Center for Business Law are given within the framework of the B.A. curriculum at the Stockholm School of Economics. Research and teaching at the department is focused on laws that are relevant to business. The legal methods in use are mainly traditional, but strongly influenced by European law, international instruments like treaties and trade agreements as well as multi-lateral and bi-lateral agreements. Comparative law methods are often used and studies of foreign law forms is an important part of current research.
