Environmental Analysis and Communications Group

The Environmental Analysis and Communications Group at the Rutgers University Bloustein School is a multidisciplinary team of researchers and practitioners that advances strategies and approaches designed to build communities that are healthier, greener, equitable, resilient and more prosperous. Through research, technical assistance to communities and decision-makers, policy analyses, and facilitation of collaborative and participatory efforts, EAC develops and deploys evidence-based strategies that inform planning, policies and decision-making at the state, regional and local levels. The EAC team works in close collaboration with experts from the Bloustein School and throughout the University to implement strategies that effectively integrate science into planning and policy development. EAC also works closely with non-governmental organizations, community leaders, policy-makers, and business leaders to facilitate meaningful participatory decision-making processes.
