Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership

Wharton IGEL was a Penn-wide Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership (IGEL) led by Wharton that fostered knowledge for long-term business sustainability. IGEL collaborated with a varied and interdisciplinary network to create and distribute cutting-edge research and business methods to address the world’s most pressing environmental concerns. To influence business policies and practices, IGEL worked with top graduates as well as academic, corporate, government, and non-government organizations.
