The Center for Applied Research and Innovation in Supply Chain – Africa (CARISCA)

CARISCA is working in three focus areas: research, stakeholder engagement, and curriculum. Together, these activities will enable KNUST to increase research capacity, strengthen and update supply chain curricula, provide supply chain management expertise to Ghana and Africa, develop partnerships and revenue-generating activities to sustain ongoing growth and influence, and encourage and promote the inclusion of women and other disadvantaged groups. In the first year of the project, we will establish baseline metrics and put the structures and policies in place that build the foundation for a successful project.
